Very prompt and polite service

My tires are now 5 yrs. old that I bought at Lex Brodie's. I take my car in every 6 mo. to have the tires rotated and balanced, for FREE. So thankful they provide this important benefit when you purchase tires from them. Was thrilled to talk to Cooper who's been there for 31 yrs. now. My service provider was KCP and I hope he'll get a nice lunch on Lex Brodie. I wait for my car to be serviced and it took about 1 hr and 15 min. even with my 11 a.m. appt. Would like to get the turn-around time for appts. a little faster tho. Thanks again team, always nice to do business with you. Lex would be proud of you all!

Wonderful service, Kyle check me in for an appointment, he was very nice and helpful, listened to my vehicle concern, and what needed to be done. Gerard was also very nice, he updated me on what needed be done and approx., when they would finish. Happy with the service done. Thank You Very Much Lex Brodie workers. Overall, I would give Lex Brodie's five stars, but my last visit was below the usual standard. I got a call in the early afternoon that my car was ready for pick up. No mention was made of any additional work needed, but when I picked up my car, the young lady checking me out advised that I needed a brake flush. I had to make an appointment to bring the car back in a couple of days for that. If someone had called and advised that I needed it, I would have done it that same day along with the oil change and safety check that I had brought the car in for. Also, they did not put an oil change reminder decal on my windshield. I have three cars that I bring in, and about half the time, they forget to put that decal on and I have to go back.

Junior greeted us with a smile, checked us in, went over what will be done on my car (4 new tires/allignment) and breakdown of charges...very efficient!
