Lex Brodie's pkg price was hands down the best price and that's the top consideration for me. In addition Kyle A. was very helpful at check-in and Fox K. at check-out made sure to explain everything that was done and to point out an important service that I'm going to have to face but now I can plan a bit knowing it's coming. Thank you for getting my car in on time and out the door pretty quick while I waited. Also, thanks for having such a clean lounge well spaced and A/c, with Cable house remodel makeovers show on that helped kill the time.

Amazing customer service as always! Dropped my car off before my scheduled appointment and they had it in the bay early and a quick response with the problems that needed to be addressed. I really appreciate how thorough and efficient the team at the Kaneohe Service Station is! Always great service and information

I had a 9 AM appt Lex Brodie, Kaneohe. I only had to do one tire & was told I would hve to wait 2 hrs. What, that's ridiculous & unreasonable to expect someone to wait that long w/an appt yet. I thought maybe 1.5 hrs @ the most. So, Y did they tell me be there @ 9 Am? I left. When you have an appt you expect to be taken care of w/in 15-20 min, give or take.
