Took my fiancée's 2013 VW Golf in for a tire change and to replace brakes. Great customer service. Took me in immediately. They were very good at keeping me up to date with the car. Lesson learned, don't have cheap sup-par tired installed on your car or you'll be in for one hella of a stress-filled ride in 1-2 years. Easy and convenient online booking via website and awesome service from sales specialist Rylan M (such a small world we share the same first name and the first letter of the last name lol). He came right out to us when we parked, checked us in, and answered all of our questions in a helpful, prompt, friendly, and genuine tone. Joshua U also did a wonderful job with installing our new tires, our alignment and attempting to fix our A/C, all done before our estimated completion time. Female cashier at pick-up (didn't see her name) was also very pleasant and friendly. If anyone is on the fence about taking your car here, yes you'll probably find cheaper prices elsewhere but truly getting such excellent, honest, and genuine service is well worth paying a bit more. Don't waste your time, take to an honest mechanic. Took car in for oil change was told only back brakes needing replacing due to squeaking sound brakes were making. Got service done quickly and noticed that the squeaking sound was way worst than when I took it in. Took the car back to drop off when we pickup they said nothing was wrong all the brakes good. Take car back in sound getting worst and said nothing wrong again. Take car back in and now the front brakes were at zero needed changing (in one week). Ended up taking to a different mechanice in Kailua fixed the problem for half the price of what were getting quoted here. Place just had shady energy and would stay away.

Came in to get my strut mount fixed, I was very nervous at first, but they made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Really appreciate Rylan Miguel for all the help, he was very informative.

I had a dilemma. My in-laws were coming in from outer island and their car that they leave on Oahu when they come in had a tire that wasn’t holding air , and we didn’t notice it till the night before they arrived. They were coming for a function and they needed their car. I called Kaneohe Lex Brodie when they opened and told them my problem. The gentleman on the phone told me to bring it in, in the next 20min. before they got busy. In one hour they repaired my tire and I got to the airport in time to pickup my in-Laws. Mahalo Lex Kaneohe for taking care. I know during this COVID time businesses are short handed and busy. Thanks for getting me in, in a short time notice.

After calling around to several tire dealers and car care centers including Costco Gerard Ahquin at the Kaneohe Lex Brodie's was the only one that could obtain the correct tires for my BMW and have them ready to install the next day. It turns out that my BMW wheels were severely out of alignment and Lex Brodie was able to fixt that too. I am very happy with the service provided by Gerard and plan to return to the Kaneohe Lex Brode for service in the future.

Thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and competency of Ben, who helped me with the replacement of my Michelin tire. The process was masterfully executed w/ excellent customer communication. I was able to purchase the correct brand and type of tire for my Lexus. Something other dealers were unable to provide. I'm a forever Lex Brodie customer !! Thank you, very much !!! 🙏👍👌😊
