Took my car in for a routine safety, oil change and tire rotation. Got my car back and the alignment was completely off. Had multiple emails and texts about the issue IGNORED. When someone finally spoke to me about the issue they claimed the alignment must have been off before I brought the car in -- although I'd had ZERO issues over the last year whatsoever. Disgusting and insulting treatment. A complete lack of responsibility/ownership, and absolutely no intention to fix the problem they caused. I'd be embarrassed to work at a shop that employs such a bunch of cowboys. Shame on you.
Aloha Mr. Szegedi-Duffield, May we ask what symptoms you are noticing where you feel the alignment is “completely off” after we did the oil change, tire rotation and safety check? Please note, none of these items involve touching the suspension adjustments for the alignment? Is the vehicle pulling to one side? If so, this is likely a radial pull (since it only happened after the tire rotation). In these cases, the tires have to be cross rotated or rotated back to where they were to solve the pull (once the tire wear is already there.) Please let us know. Thank you very much for your time.
