I found out my brakes were completely shot while I was doing deliveries on the Windward side. I called a few places, and Lex Brodie Kaneohe was the only one that could take it the same day. There are 2 car rental places blocks away from them, and they offer a discount for customers using auto shops in the area. Lex Brodies called the car rental in advance for me, and made the whole process easy, so I was able to finish my deliveries, instead of just sitting there waiting. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the service was quick - I brought it in the afternoon, and they weren't sure they could finish before end of day, but they did, just under the wire. I used the Kakaako location for tires a little while ago, and they were good, but much more hectic. The vibe in Kaneohe was more relaxed. If I have a choice, I would drive over to Kaneohe instead next time.

Gerard and his team are awesome. I'm very grateful for his expertise in Mini Coopers that saved me thousands. I'm always going to make the trip out to Kaneohe whenever my Mini needs something!

Kyle did an outstanding job of helping me do a alignment check on my Ford Fusion Hybrid at the last minute (on Christmas Eve!) The matter was urgent as another tire shop claimed my Michelin Pilot Sport tires went bad very quickly from a bad alignment. Lex Brodie's did the diagnostic and proved the alignment on my car was perfectly OK. I was able to show the computerized measurements provided by Lex Brodie's and received partial credit for those Michelin tires from that other tire shop.

Fast and reliable turnaround

A drive to the Windward location was well worth it! This review comes 6 weeks after Riley checked out my old tires, listened to my concerns about the hard and noisy riding performance of my 16yo car over potholes, mancovers, even speed bumps. Riley was SPOT ON on his diagnosis and recommendations! He explained and shared his expertise with me and was even able to apply some discounts to help costs with replacing 4 tires and getting an alignment. That moment of customer service from everyone working here set the Kaneohe location apart from other LB's I've visited. Mahalo to Riley and the gang!
