This would be my first experience with purchasing tires from Lex Brodie. From the very beginning, the attendant made it effortless I called in the morning dropped my vehicle before lunch to my surprise it was ready for pick up in less than an hour. Everyone was super nice on the phone and in person, this has been the best experience I have ever had. When I got into my vehicle I felt like a VIP because they took such care of the inside with protectant coverings on the seat, steering wheel, and foot liner. Outstanding service, I would recommend Lex Brodie to everyone that I know.

They found my problem but didn't need immediate attention

The Kaneohe Lex Brodie's is reliable, clean, friendly and courteous. I needed to have my car repaired and needed an appt right away. By booking online, I could get my car into LB the same day. They diagnosed what needed to be done and also sent me via text the report of the diagnostics and status report of my car. I like that. Would definitely recommend their services.

I scheduled the appointment over the phone so that I could confirm whether or not this Lex Brodies location had the tires I needed in stock. I had neglected the tread length for a bit so the matter was relatively urgent. The person I talked to was super helpful and was quickly able to look up whether or not the tires were in (they had to order them), and she was also able to quickly set up an appointment in consideration of the time it would take for the tires to arrive. Makes scheduling stuff over the phone much easier like that. To top it off, the person that helped me when I actually arrived at Lex Brodies was very professional. I was able to drop off my car in 5 minutes or less. My car had new tires on in under 2 hours which seems pretty reasonable to me. The free tire rotation and balance deal is nothing to scoff at either.
