They broke an interior light during the safety inspection when I asked them about it they denied it and handed me the part that broke while I paid saying a guy found it. Ok buddy

I went to Goodyear said I needed breaks, waited a about a month to come up with the money then I drove by scheduled an appointment with Lex Brodies. After they checked my breaks said everything was fine. Saved me $$. Thank you!

For a while there, I was becoming increasingly dissatisfied with Lex Brodie's service. They were getting sloppy. But this last experience was exceptional. Chelsea especially. She was very thorough and even explained the adjustments that were made. She covered areas of possible concern and even offered to help if my ride couldn't make it. The last 2 experiences, I believe I called them to see what the status of my car was only to discover that it had been ready for quite some time. This time, they called me in the expected time. Lex Brodie's also offers what I consider to be great deals such as their lifetime brake job, the 2 year alignment special, and the tire price match guarantee. Being a former service manager, I required my staff to deliver the highest level of service and thus expect the same down to the smallest detail such as removing the liner placed on the driver's side floor. The last 2 times prior to this time, I had to remove the liner and throw it away. This time they removed it. Awesome! Lex Brodie, I'm regaining my faith in you guys and Chelsea you are exceptional!

Work was completed quickly and as always reasonably priced. LB's has consistently been a reliable and trustworthy servicing and repair facility for my Lexus. Been a customer for many, many years... and will continue! 5 Stars!

Just got new tires on my car- from using online appointment selection, very pleased with the followup, confirmation and service received---despite being very busy at the shop, staff were very courteous and professional, young pretty girl completing my bill was very nice and caring. Tires look great, car's ride is wonderful, I'm (relieved) and happy to have gotten the tires from Lex Brodie's -I'm confident I can rely on them for tire service.

Brought my car here to have the front tire looked at for a slow leak. Walked down the gym and got a workout in. In less than 30min, they called and said it was done. Easy and no issues.

I brought my company vehicle to do a front end alignment, I waited for 3hours, before they told me I need a tire, front right, I brought it in at 11:30 am and it's now 3:30pm,do yourself a favor and go to Good year, I will not come here again
