I brought my company vehicle to do a front end alignment, I waited for 3hours, before they told me I need a tire, front right, I brought it in at 11:30 am and it's now 3:30pm,do yourself a favor and go to Good year, I will not come here again
Aloha Mr. Merrill and thank you very much for your feedback. I checked with our team on your visit. Sounds like we had an alignment approved with you companies fleet program. It appears there was no appointment and your visit was a "walk in" thus needed to be worked in with the days appointments and previous appointments. It also appears our team incorrectly thought the vehicle was dropped off and we had the full day to complete the vehicle (which is common for fleet services with Lex Brodie's). The alignment was approved, but when the alignment was being checked, it was discovered a tire was separated (which likely needed additional fleet program approval). We totally understand your frustration for the long wait during this visit (it didn't help this day turned out to be our busiest day in our 59 year history). If possible, it 's best to make appointments so we can get the the scheduled appointment with our "Next Available (relavant) Rack" policy. Please share any additional feedback a [email protected].
