Their service is great! Chelsea, Freddie and Lilo are amazing people! Friendly, courteous and helpful! I'd encoruage people to go there and experience it for themselves.

Lex Brodie’s has always been honest and upfront about their service and pricing, and I’ve always appreciated that! The employees are knowledgeable and get things done in a timely manner. And the people at the front desk are the most accommodating customer service workers I’ve ever dealt with. Chelsea in particular at the Pearlridge location is so friendly and helpful.

It seems that different service people service customers differently and don’t always look up the history of the customer. That being said, Mandy and Chelsea always take care of me and know how to answer my questions with any issues and always answer my questions the beat way they can. I never have to worry just as long as I ask for either.

Super friendly staff but they were going to charge me over $650 to change one radiator fan. Then when I told the person I'll just look for another auto repair place they dropped it to $500. $327 just for labor and the 1 fan cost $170?! I went to the shop near there and they charged me a total of $250 for parts and labor. Maybe they were busy and I understand that but I feel like everything is overcharged.

Helpful and relatively fast for random walk in.

Brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Price was lower than most and as always, staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. The completed the work well before the estimated time and I was on my way.

I was serviced on Fri. 1/24/2020. Mandy fit me in the morning I ph'd. She was courteous , efficient & professional. It was the 40 pt. inspection & she told me the findings & provided an invoice. Freddie, the manager, is an excellent communicator & informed me he would email me photos of the inspection which I have viewed.
