My last visit was on Sept 13. As always the employ's were helpful and most of all honest in any assessment of the problems. My car was in and out in less than one hour, safety check oil change. You can not get any faster or better any place.

I visited the Lex Brodie at both Pearl City and Kam Highway near Ewa. I have had both great service and accurate diagnosis done on my car. After dealing with the dealership who said they fixed and didn't. I came here and instead of chattering all the way down Makakilo drive braking was smooth as butter. You got me for life. No matter what car I own.

I'd previously had a favorable experience at the downtown outlet with my other car so it was an automatic choice to have work done at the Pearlridge location. The friendliness of the salesperson and the short wait to have wheel alignment done on my second car was great.

I have dealt with this location several times and I absolutely love the staff and the experiences I have had each time. The front desk staff are efficient at greeting/meeting curb side upon arrival (when they can of course). The inside of the shop/waiting area is VERY spacious, TC, chairs, tables and individual cubicles with outlets and free WiFi. It is also located right across from the mall. The staff is extremely friendly and have become personal over time. I am able to get a lot of work accomplished with the setting they have and always a relief knowing I can depend on the staff/work being done.

I went in today because I had my tire pressure light on and after filling my tires with what I thought was the right amount of air, it was still on. I just drove in and explained my situation. I was directed to the work area and a young man named Samson helped me. He explained a bunch of stuff I didn't know. He was very polite in answering all my questions. So grateful for the help and quick attention to the problem. I drove off feeling safe knowing my tires were properly inflated. I'll probably bring my car in to their shop because of their impeccable customer service.

I work right next door at Homeworld and always come here for work needed on my car. This visit was just an oil change but as always everyone is so friendly and professional especially Chelsea!!!

Great service!!! Brought our SUV in because the A/C was blowing warm air. We got a 4-digit quote from a dealer for a job that would take 2 days. :( Lex Brodie's techs checked it out and fixed it with a part that cost less than $20 in just a few short hours! Our A/C is now cool again and we are SO HAPPY that we didn't need to replace the whole A/C system. You're the BEST! We will definitely be back in the future.

I am glad that Lex Brodie's is around. I had an emergency over the long weekend and was able to get my car in after a day. The staff is nice and polite.

Love Lex Brodies. Great service today- full synthetic oil change, tire service & inspection. The crew was ready for me when I arrived for my scheduled service time. Friendly check-in, ready when promised. No complaints whatsoever. By the way- this service is $20 more at the quick service center in my community.

I went to Lex Brodies two weeks ago to purchase tires for my car. The person that helped me (Base) took down all the info and called the warehouse. After waiting a while he said that the warehouse had the tires but he wasn't sure. He was obviously frustrated with his phone conversation with the warehouse. He told me he would confirm that they had the tires and call me with a price. I waited a day and never received a call. I decided to call him and when he answered he nonchalantly said "I didn't forget, I'll call you when I have the information". It's been two weeks and he never called back. In the meantime I found the tires at the dealership for my car and I now have new tires. It's sad because I know how much care Lex had for this business. I have always held Lex Brodies at a higher level than other tire stores, and I always do my best to support local first, but sadly I think those days are in the past.
