I booked an appointment to have two tires replaced. It specifically asks for make and model in order to get the correct tires. It said that my tires were in stock and so I booked it for the next day. They gave me a quote when I booked an appointment which included a discount. I go there the next day at the scheduled time and they tell me they have the tires, but it's at another location and too late to get it that day. I go back the following day. They replace my tires and check my brakes which I was happy with. I pay and leave. When I look carefully at my receipt, I didn't get the discount that was quoted. It would've saved me $30. I guess I should've checked before I left, but you would've thought with the inconvenience of having to return the second day, they would've compensated me somehow. I probably will go back because of the convenient location, but I'll make sure to specifically ask about the stock and any discounts. UPDATE: I've added another star because I was contacted by the manager to offer me the discount that wasn't previously applied and another discount for the inconvenience. This company does care about satisfying their customers. TYVM!

The staff were very professional and efficient. I needed a battery but this office did not have the particular one that fit my car. They told me that either Kalihi or Waipahu had the correct one. However, due to the time of day I did not want to drive to either shop so they arranged to have the battery delivered to Pearl Ridge so i could get it installed at a later day. When i came back the installation was quick. I wasted a minimal amount of time, which is important to me. Good Job!

I came here to fix my alignment. I called them to book an appointment and was able to book an appointment in the afternoon during the same day! The staff was really nice and explained everything to me in terms I can understand. It only costed $150 to repair my alignment and that came with a 2 year warranty. I also asked them to check my AC and the diagnostic test was only $90! I thought that was a great deal knowing at another place would have charged me $150 for a diagnostic test. I was able to get a sheet printed out to show me what my cost would to fix everything. They also offer a military discount which is always a plus when I'm trying to save money. I would defiantly come back to this location to fix my car.

I took my car to Lex Brodie’s cause my breaks were making some squeaky noise. They were very prompt to get me in although I didn’t have an appointment. After 30 mins they gave me a report of the status of my breaks and the necessary action. They are always very efficient and friendly !!!

I am so glad I went here. They saved me last minute and it was unbelievably quick. They even told me about some of the issues I have been having and gave me recommendations on how to fix all the problems I've been having. I felt very comfortable that they didn't didn't push other services on. I will be returning to this place very soon!

I opted for the drop off feature because I needed an oil change and safety inspection. It only took them 2 hours and were very kind with me. I will definitely go back to this location.

I went to Lex Brodie's Pearl Ridge store because I discovered a huge nail in my right rear tire the night before. When the store opened at 7:00am, Ferdinand Balmaceda greeted me and checked my car in stating that the technicians start at 8:00am and will work on my car immediately. I decided to wait in the customer area. It was a clean area with free coffee and a tv. I liked that I received 2 text messages informing me on the status of my car. At 8:20am, my car was done. Very quick and pleasant experience. To Lex Brodie's....."Thank you very much"
