I booked an appointment to have two tires replaced. It specifically asks for make and model in order to get the correct tires. It said that my tires were in stock and so I booked it for the next day. They gave me a quote when I booked an appointment which included a discount. I go there the next day at the scheduled time and they tell me they have the tires, but it's at another location and too late to get it that day. I go back the following day. They replace my tires and check my brakes which I was happy with. I pay and leave. When I look carefully at my receipt, I didn't get the discount that was quoted. It would've saved me $30. I guess I should've checked before I left, but you would've thought with the inconvenience of having to return the second day, they would've compensated me somehow. I probably will go back because of the convenient location, but I'll make sure to specifically ask about the stock and any discounts. UPDATE: I've added another star because I was contacted by the manager to offer me the discount that wasn't previously applied and another discount for the inconvenience. This company does care about satisfying their customers. TYVM!
