Took my daughter's car in to replace the brake pads. First, it was easy to get an appointment. Second, I thought their lifetime warranty package was a great deal. The cost was definitely less than what I would have paid at the dealership where I usually get the car serviced. Third, the staff are friendly and helpful. Fourth, the waiting area is great for those who need to work while waiting. The cubicles with power, WiFi password, and comfortable chair was an unexpected bonus. Fifth, extra HawaiianMiles for purchasing the lifetime warranty package was awesome, too.

This can't be possible! It literally takes 15-30 minutes to do a safety check. They open at 7am and I was there at 0712 and I was asked do I have an appointment, I had no appointment to do a safety check. He told me there will be a 3-4hr wait for other appointments. Then said they don't start working until 0800 and that 0700 was for only car drop off, well it doesn't state that anywhere on your website or Google! Just lazy!

The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They even advised us of other tire options that were a little cheaper than what we wanted. Basically letting us know that our type of car and usage will be fine with the cheaper tires. Mahalo to these gentlemen that made our visit easier and less stressful! Malo Malo Malo!

I went to the Pearl Ridge Lex Brodie for my daughter's safety check and wheel alignment. Staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. It was easy to make the appointment and car was ready at the estimated time they gave me. I'm planning to take my car in again this week because it was so convenient and easy.

Lex Brodie's is great on service. I started going to Lex Brodie's when I had an issue and two of my regular mechanics couldn't find or solve the issue. This last time I had some noise coming from my brakes. I decided to visit Lex Brodie and take advantage of their free break inspection service. I was prepared to accept that brake service was needed. They took my car out on several test drives to find the problem. All it needed was cleaning. And all this was done for free. I really admire Lex Brodie's commitment to service and customer satisfaction. I am convinced that the staff lives up to that commitment and because of this they earned my trust and my future business. Good going guys! Clyde

This my first time going to a auto shop here on the island and i had a great experience here, really honest auto mechanics and wasn't taken advantage of. I will defiantly be coming here for all my auto servicing needs. The manager Freddie was really cool too. ! Defiantly made me feel like family.

If you're not Hawaiian do not go there. They will try to take you for whatever they can. Guy told me I needed new tires to pass safety inspection. I'm sure since you're a tire shop......tires are 2 yrs old with maybe 30k and are Michelin's nothing wrong with them. Then gave me attitude when I said well I guess there's no point in the inspection because I didn't want to buy tires from them.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. After the initial purchase, I returned to have my tires rotated and balanced. I was able to get an appointment for the time and day that accommodated my schedule. When I arrived they promptly worked on my car. It is nice to know that they continue to provide great customer service long after your initial purchase. Thank you very much!!!!!
