This happened on 5/30/19.... I went to the store in Pearlridge and got an oil change and tire rotation on my car. The appt was scheduled for 0930. I was in the waiting room until 1215. After paying $137 I went to get my other car for its appt at 1300. I dropped it off asking for a rental while I waited for them to finish with this car. It was ready for pick up 30 min before they closed. I came in the next morning paid $78 for another oil change and tire rotation. About 2 weeks later I noticed a new noise from the front right wheel. After checking it I found that all the lug nuts were loose and 2 had fallen off, my kids and i cruise all over in the car. I'm not sure if it was from the tire rotation but no one else has touched the car since. I called and left a message and got no response. I'm posting this for price and awareness, check their work and expect to wait.

Absolutely amazing service. I went in to get my front break pads and rotors replaced and I am very pleased with the service I received. I was worried about the timing because I had another appointment to attend, but they let me rent a car and I was able to get about my day. Will definitely return!

I schedule my online appointment and took my care in and it was ready when I expected.

Went in to plug my tire, was told me the price and I agreed and waited. When my car was done the cashier told me “don’t worry, no charge, I took care of you” . I was surprised , appreciative and went on my way. Got home and notice my rim was scratched up. Guess that’s why the no charge but they could have told me and apologized instead of trying to cover it up

I have an '84 El Camino and the rear tires are over 10 years old. As a result, the tread hardened and the casing separated from the tread causing a very scary and dangerous rough freeway ride when I took it out after sitting for several months. Called Freddy at Pearlridge Store, told him the problem, he recommended not driving the car on the freeway anymore and changing out the rear tires right away. Although the tires had less than 1000 miles on them, they were too old already. But, the tire size 265/50R15 is no longer a standard size tire and companies do not typically stock them anymore. I knew this, so I asked him what could he do. He said he would try to see if he could find a pair locally from another source, but if not, they would have to bring them in from the mainland. Asked me to give him some time to research. he called that afternoon, and said unfortunately, they would have to bring them in 3 days later, and there would be a freight charge which I knew and agreed to. However, the next morning, Freddy texted me that he was able to find them locally, saving me over $116.00 in freight charges!! Is that going beyond the call or what??? I took the car down and the tires were installed that very afternoon! I was so impressed, I bought the staff & crew lunch the next day! Lex Brodie's, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
