Lex Brodie's has been servicing and repairing my vehicles for nearly 25 years (at last count) and without exception has been trustworthy and reliable. Last month I needed to have a headlamp replaced on my SUV and on this rare occasion my service manager found it in my best interests to refer me to the Lexus dealership for the actual diagnostics (diags) and repair (which Lex Brodies correctly diagnosted (at no charge) as a ballasts issue and not the headlamp). He also pointed out that during the service significant issues with my cooling system had developed and should be checked out and taken care of right away. Long story short, they referred me back to the Lexus dealership to get complete diags and whatever repairs were appropriate. This speaks volumes about their work ethic, putting what's best for their customer ahead of any other interests. As stated previously, trustworthy and reliable; without exception. Ten stars, Mr. Brodie... thank you very much!

Was looking for a new place for oil change, great service, Mandy was awesome, hooked me up with a coupon! Walked in and was done in an hour. Definitely will make this my regular car spot!

I can’t say enough good things about you guys! First my husbands car needed the brakes done, you were not only affordable you also didn’t lie to convince us to buy further not needed parts like the first place did. 2nd I needed tires for my car, every other place on island I called was not only more expensive but they also didn’t give me the alternative to switch the tire size since the size tire I have is not as common. Thank you so much for being so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back for any further repairs we need.

TPMS Tire pressure monitoring system- hate it. Im conflicted in this review because the service may be good but perhaps the parts they use not good so should it effect the overall review? This is my story, 2007 Lexus RX350, TPMS light came on 2yrs ago, the mechanics said 3 sensors bad so I ended up replacing all 5 sensors. Then 1.5 years later TPMS light on again, all air pressure readings are good -even the spare. Now I'm told the 2 sensors are bad only even after only 1.5yrs old? 1 year warranty on these things so I eat the cost plus they gave me discount so thanks- but bruh... Anyways 2 months later and the TPMS light is on again! Again I check all air pressure readings, but now they tell me that all 5 sensors are bad! Holy crap. I just changed 2 of them 2 months ago so those sensors are covered in warranty, so I'm eating the cost of replacing and reprogramming the 3 TPMS sensors? Ok so I bring it to the other Lex Brodie's in Waipahu, and they tell me that 3 TPMS sensors are bad not 5 like the one in Pearl City. That makes a lot of more sense because the other 2 sensors are only 2 months old. Moral of the story- do not change your TPMS sensors here at Lex Brodie's because their sensors only last for a year or 2 years at the most. These sensors should last 5 to 10 years. Maybe they should put fresh batteries inside the sensors before installing it? All I know is that in 2 years, my car has gone thru 10 TPMS sensors here at Lex Brodie's....10 TPMS sensors and hundreds of dollars. Im embarrassed to say that I replaced 10 TPMS sensors in 2 years- I feel really dumb but I'm trying to sell this car so I gotta do it. UPDATE: I'm not sure why, but they offered to take care of the sensors replacement as part of the warranty. So I pay nothing for the 3 sensor replacement and service. That's why my rating is now 4 stars instead of the original 2 stars. Kudos to Lex Brodie's for taking care of the me, however they really need to install more reliable sensors that won't fail within 2 years.

Called during the week for a quote and spoke to Jordan, very professional and courteous, scheduled for an appointment for first thing Friday morning. Got there Friday morning, talked with Jordan and he was just as professional , friendly and courteous as he was on the phone, he mentioned promotions/deals/options,etc. that were available. Upon checking out, a young lady helped me out, didn't get her name, she too was professional, friendly and courteous. The two of them are truly an asset to your store! Will definitely refer family and friends!

It was my first visit at Lex Brodies and I got served right away without being asked if I set an appointment. Thanks to the customer services staff for their friendly and helpful services. Thanks to the mechanic for their hard work. A job well done. Great services :>)

Very disappointing experience shop seems totally disorganized I SCHEDULED appointment for safety check and planned to wait as this should take less than an hour at any legitimate shop. I was informed it would take TWO HOURS FOR A SAFETY CHECK! I say again I had made an appointment, why schedule appointments if you are going to make the customer wait an hour before you even begin??? Never going back they have total disregard for your time.
