Received best service today at Lex Brodie's Pearlridge! Oil change and tire rotation / alignment. Mandy was the service professional who helped me, and she was amazing. Estimated time was accurate and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend Pearlridge location for all your west Oahu needs :).

As I sat in the waiting room waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, I noticed that the Pearlridge location was very clean and very welcoming. I noticed that they are very professional and reliable. The staff and management knew how important my vehicle is to me and how fast I needed my vehicle. The mechanics worked hard to have my vehicle receive the service I needed done. The management staff and mechanics, especially the Manager-Freddie, were friendly and kept me updated on every step of the service that was provided. The Manager at this location was very considerate and he performed a diagnose on the vehicle and explained the problem of my vehicle in detail. After the repair was completed the Manager explained about the Warranty and how Lex Brodie would assist should there be any future problem. The best customer service and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this location to my family, friends and anyone without a doubt! My go to auto shop from now on!!! All of that being said, management and mechanics are dedicated professionals who will bend over backwards to help you out, who will take the time to happily explain everything that needs to be done, and will stand by their work. In my opinion, well worth the price. Thank you again for all a service well done.

I just visited the Lex Brodie's, across from Anna Miller's (on Kamehameha Highway.), since I was told over the phone that safety check walk-ins were accepted. I got there 10 min later, and was confused when I was told they were all booked. I scheduled my safety check for the next day, and left trying to figure out why I was told to come down if they were already booked or close to being fully booked. I brought my car in the next day and was given the bare minimum in service. Although I was greeted nicely, I had to ask where to wait, when my car would be done, and how I would be contacted. Absolutely no information was offered, even as a courtesy, and this is not an exaggeration. After waiting for 40 minutes, my name was called in the lounge/waiting area, I was given the total, handed my receipt, then literally was told nothing else but "thank you." That's it. I've been to the Lex Brodie's on Queen St., and received more attentive and welcoming service. I believe the Kamehameha Highway. branch deserves the benefit of the doubt, since many of their customers have had better experiences, so I will go back in the future. Three stars is deserving of the level of service I received. I hope someone speaks to the staff there, and goes over what service should be like, to keep on par with Lex Brodie's tradition of excellent customer service.

First time here ... Awesome, professional and friendly service. They told me to wait a little longer to get my brakes replaced and didn’t charge me for the inspection. It’s really nice to know that I can trust Lex Brodie’s, unlike other repair shops who overcharge you.

The balance of tires and ali. went fast and well, but the stem/censers were not addressed, even after informing them their was a problem. Waited, again until they changed all of that!

Each time I take my auto to Lex's - Pearl Ridge, Chelsea Moleta is excellent with her customer care of my auto needs. From her calling my name as I walk in, to the check out process, she guides me through options, and costs and always looks for ways to save me money and not compromise quality service. Chelsea has a positive customer-engagement attitude and I hope Lex is putting bonus incentives in place for her, as she makes money for your operation with her professional skills. Da Bess, you know... no hu-hu! :-)

So I do continue to highly recommend Lex Brodie's. I am highly impressed with their level of service and helping people out. Main thing, be sure to ask ahead of time how long it may take. Maybe even call in to make your appointment instead of using the website. It's convenient, sure, but then you also miss out on the personable service the Lex Brodie's staff is famous for.
