Service people were curtious and helpful. Still have problem with my mini unlocking nuts. It was miscommunication.

I needed a quick valve stem replacement on the spare tire. I went to the Queen St. location and they were not very helpful. I stopped by the Aiea location the next day and they took care of it immediately. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service!!!

You need help, they give it to you. It doesn't get any better than that. Friendly staff, and the techs chat a little bit after the work is done, so you walk away a little smarter. The prices are very fair, and nobody complains. Nice waiting area with a TV.

Without a doubt a solid place to repair and maintain your vehicle. Huge THANKS to , Jordan Lex Brodie's Pearl City. Trustworthy and knowledgable.. Took great care of my car upon installing new tires all around, alignment and even went above and beyond to check what was making excess cab noise.. found out was a wheel bearing.. shoot.. I would've never known if it wasn't for him. Mahalos again for taking care. I'll definitely be back

Being a full time student and a full time worker, surprise car troubles can take a real toll on us. Literally only had one day off to figure out exactly why my car was making a terrifying screeching and squeaking noise. No other shop was willing to take me in, and another shop simply turned me away and stated nothing was wrong with my car rather than going in depth. I don't have any family here so I was feeling extra stress without the help of my dad. Jason (I think that his name... something that started with a j) helped out a ton. Took pictures to show and explain the issue on my car. The work that had to be done couldn't be finished in one day but they covered a rental car. Military discount friendly not to mention the whole entire staff. Much mahalo lex brodie!

Worst service ever. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am for an oil change and had to call frequently for status checks. It took them four hours to conduct an oil change. They tried to charge me 180 dollars for an oil change because they added services they never even conducted. Do not go here.

Went there twice and had my brakes checked, both times they said there is enough of your pad still there, come back in 6 months. No up sell, I really appreciate them begin honestly and upfront. Why can't all places be like that? You need it? We got you, you don't need it, please come back and we will check it for you again. Mahalo gang!
