The service was great

The young lady at the counter was knowledgeable and knew exactly what type of tire I wanted. Good price and am quite satisfied with my new Michelin tires.

Yesterday, I had a flat tire and put my spare on and drove to the Pearlridge location about 3PM. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised that the girl at the counter knew my name! I told her that I needed to fix my flat and she said “that will be no charge”. I used the booth that was there to do some studying while I waited about 30-45 min. I thought maybe it would be 2 hours since I did not make an appointment. When it was done the female employee thanked me for waiting. I’ve been going to Lex since the 1970’s and have always been pleased with their service, service after the service and their honesty. Thank you very much!

We went in for some squeaky brakes, and left with nothing!!!! That's right! After an inspection, they told me that I didn't need brakes yet. They said I could get the squeak fixed, but the breaks were fine for at least another year. This was amazing news considering we were quoted over $500 at Jiffy Lube, who by-the-way, said we "needed" new breaks. So, I am a Lex Brodie guy now. Thanks for being honest, and taking care of us. The staff was friendly, and the place has a pretty simple work area with USB and power outlets and free wifi. I got tons of work done, had so decent coffee and got out of their without paying anything. Me loves LB!!!!!!

Everyone is friendly and kind. Very comfortable atmosphere during what can be a hectic situation Mahalo for repairing my tire.

0 stars. Don't go there! You have been warned! Tried to give them another chance but still terrible. Third strike. Don't believe me? Try sorting by lowest reviews and you will see a pattern. Summary: Took car in for safety check. They wanted to do $2,000+ of repairs to give the sticker. Went to another shop and they did a couple of small repairs ( under $200) and we got the safety check. Lex Brodies will always try to sell you tires and alignment (surprised?) They suck big time, although we once had a good experience, recently very bad. Never going back. EVER.

Quick, friendly service. Staff were upfront about the costs before hand, and took the time to explain everything.

Long story short. 5/5 stars hands down the best experience I had in 5 years. The gentleman were professional, brief, and took their jobs seriously. The ladies did the same, with the addition of chatting with my girlfriend to make her feel comfortable while me and Eddie processed paperwork. Long story. Came in to figure out why my brakes weren't engaging. Came to find out it was my master cylinder that needed to be on order. Which was to be expected for my kind of car. Part came earlier than expected because the shipment was expedited for free. Sweet! Due to my procrastination and lack of care for my safety, I did not take care of this for months. But on occasion they would take time to call me, to ask if I was safe, and to see when I was available to take the care in to finish the job. What I appreciated was each time I was called, it wasn't.... "Hey, we need to schedule this now" it was more "How is everything going? Is your car okay?" I finally got it finished, and was done an hour earlier than expected. The check out was great. You get auto-enrolled in a points-benefit system. The staff in the front showed empathy and amazing service since the first day. They're always in a welcoming mood no matter what time of day. And they seem to always strive for an excellent service unlike other shops I've been to were they want to just get the job done and milk you out. TL;DR 5/5 stars, worth the "rail construction traffic" to get amazing service. Not going to any other shop for these types of services.
