I was going to write a poor review due to the fact that my service took a really long time, but the employee saw my frustration and gave me my service free of charge. I recognize honorable service when i see it and i give a big thumbs up.

Scheduled a front end brake job... estimate nearly $700 w/new rotors and lifetime warranty; estimated 4-5 hours for completion; they provided complimentary rental car from Enterprise .... To my surprise, the job was completed in less than 2 hours and saved me more than $350.00 by resurfacing my existing rotors. Consistently over the years I've found Lex Brodies to be honest and reliable. They only repair what's needed... which saves me money. As a consumer, how do I know the condition of the rotors? Obviously, I don't and have have found, time and time again, that I can rely on them to do "only" what needs to be done at a price significantly lower than my dealership without sacrificing quality of service or safety.

I am a long time customer since the early '90's, almost all of that at the Pearlridge store. During that time, I've purchase all my tires, some brakes, air conditioning, and oil changes with Lex Brodie's and in that time I have promoted others to use them as well. As management has either retired or changed, I feel more like a number than a valued customer and the work is not as good as it used to be. It is not enough for me to go somewhere else yet, but it is not as good as I am used to from Lex Brodie's.
