Excellent service by Mandee at Lex Brodie's during my last visit on 2/18/2019. Actually, every time I've gone there the past 10 years or so, I have always gotten great customer service. Good job guys, keep it up! Service was pretty fast for both my wife's and my vehicle.

These folks are the absolute best. Without question. We blew out a tire and needed a replacement pair due to tread being low on both. Their in-stock supply meant we could get serviced in the late afternoon and be on our way before dinner. The office manager lady is great and so polite and all the techs are nice and top notch pros. When it comes to tires, brakes and alignment I would not hesitate to reuse this location of Lex. Going anywhere else seems like a gamble at this point. Keep doing what you’re doing ya’ll!

I was very disappointed with the tire rotation service provided. We only have one car, so my wife had to take the car in since I was working both of my jobs that day. My wife said the service was good but felt the car drive after did not seem that smooth. The morning after as I drove off to work, the electronic tire sensors all went off beeping. All the tires were underinflated to 26 psi. The car specifications on the drivers door states that the car needs 33 psi for front and 30 psi for rear tires. So I drove to a gas station on the way to work to put more air in my tires. This in turn caused me to be late for work and losing some my pay. All in all, the service attendant could have informed my wife that they underinflated the tires( because of manufacturers specs?) or asked her if she wanted to go by the cars specs. Stop taking advantage of FEMALES!!!!
