Absolutely professional and responsive service at this location. I brought in two cars with two different issues and by noon it was both resolved. Great follow up phone calls responding to my inquiries. The final cost was reasonable and fair. I trust these professionals.

Typically good service. I go here for new tires and alignment for my cars. Recently, I made an appointment for new tires and alignment thinking that would reduce the wait time. Arrived and was told they had to cut someone loose to go get the tires. Unexpected long wait. They did offer a reimbursable rental...good on them. I declined as my wife picked me up. 4 stars because they weren't setup for my appointment, but they did spend the extra time to do the alignment on my car after I had replaced most of my front suspension components. So, it wasn't an easy alignment. The car now tracks straight and true. Overall, I am satisfied with the tires and alignment. However, it took longer than it should have due to their poor planning by not having the tires I requested for my appointment ready-to-go at the shop. Recommend calling ahead to ensure they will have tires at the shop ready to install at appointment time.

There are 2 people that are always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful... Freddie and Chelsea. There wasn't any time that ice gone there and had a bad experience. When I call, LB PR they are always friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the service and the fact that they're close to my gym so I can drop my vehicle off, walk to the gym and when I'm pau I can walk back and pick up my car. Mahalo for a job well done!

Came in for a safety check and tire rotation. Salesperson informed me that I had not met terms of my tire rotation service since none was done last year; but, I could look at having an alignment done and would then "extend" the service for 2 years (and no charge if no alignment was needed). Good information and as it turned out, alignment work was needed. While making the appointment, I was estimated as 1-1/2 hours and it took less than that even with the alignment work. I was promptly informed that car was ready by both text and call. Highly recommend Lex Brodie's Pearlridge.

I have been going to Lex Brodies for more than 10 years and have never been disappointed. Today, I bought 4 new Michelin tires and had them installed and alignment checked. Though it was a Saturday and very busy, I was accommodated in a timely manner. My husband also had tire issues on his car. Luckily it was just a case of low air so person who checked tires also filled tires at no charge. Everyone was so courteous and helpful! I will remain a faithful customer. Mahalo Lex Brodie!

I was told by your salesperson that it would take “ couple” hours to install two new tires. However it took 3 and half hours. I would have appreciated a more accurate estimation.

Great Service! I had an appointment for safety inspection but h found out I had trouble with my battery as well. They got me in at the same time and conpleted all work fast and friendly. Would highly recommend Lex Brodie’s to anyone that needs anything done with their vehicle!
