Everything I requested was addressed accordingly and then some. Total bill was somewhat less than expected. Work was completed in a timely manner, and employees were friendly and accommodating. I received full disclosure on repairs done (what & why, even by phone) as reflected on the bill.

My vehicle starter broke and AAA recommended this shop for repairs. The quick response in replacing the starter was amazing. The vehicle was repaired in 1 hour. This was outstanding service. I was totally impressed with the service and the customer service (Mandy) provided. Being new the the island I was very impressed. They will not be my vehicle service station for my next 3 years on the island.

Customer and vehicle service was excellent. Upon arrival, staff was welcoming and friendly. Upon leaving, although I just went in for an estimate, they were very helpful and gave me more information then I expected. I wanted to get a tire rotation. But they said that my tires were too low on tread and that they didn't want to rotate it because they said it was going to be dangerous. I knew they were just trying to sell me tires because there is a lot of tread left. If you want to get taken for a ride do business here.
