Great service for an oil change. Made an appointment the day before and they had an availability in the morning on a Saturday. Only bad thing was that the oil change took over 2 hours. I noticed my car was sitting in the parking lot and asked the lady if my car was ready. Turns out it was finished. The car could have just been completed or sitting there for a while.

Making an appointment online was fast and easy for a safety inspection, which was great. The front desk employees were nice. However, we had to go back more than we needed because they didn’t do the safety check on our very first appointment. Rather, we had to come back 3 times just to let us know that there were more than things that we needed to take care of first before we pass the safety inspection. If they would have done it on our first appointment it would have not wasted as much time and frustration.

I brought my car to the Pearlridge location of Lex Brodie’s for the first time for tires and alignment. I made an appointment that same day using the online system. When I got there Jack “Base” helped me. He was very professional, kind, and courteous. The work was done quickly and done well and the price was better than I expected. I’m definitely going back. Thanks Jack and thanks to all who worked on my car. I’m very satisfied! 🙂

So irritated, called yesterday to place my order for two bf Goodrich tires (woman also confirmed giving me a $30 discount) sent my mechanic there today's and they said they don't have it/now we need to go elsewhere to find replacement and very inconvenient. Bad experience and service not to mention inconvenience as well. Questionable for future service, if this is how they treat customers ;(

Had a slow leak tire to fix, and I needed a safety check. Made an appointment at Lex. Got there a good 30 minutes early. I waited a good hour and 45 minutes for my car. I think it was a little to long of a wait, but they did a good job.

First time here and what great service. Mandy helped me over the phone and also when I dropped off my car. Very friendly and she is super helpful. Excellent customer service! Would definently be back.

We went into Lex Brodies on a Sunday because one of our tires had a slow leak. we had an appointment scheduled but ended up going a little early. Their Customer Service was amazing. First, they made no hesitation to take us right when we got there. We came in with lots of questions and the staff answered them all. What we thought was going to take over an hour (or two), turned out to be just under an hour. They fixed the problem and ended up costing less than what I expected. They explained the issue with a lot of detail and really gave us peace of mind. I later found what looked like a piece from a socket wrench so I went in and told them I thought they left it in my car. The gentleman that had stepped behind the counter (who looked like was just about to have lunch), told me what it was (turned out to be mine) and even took me to my car to show me how it worked. Now if that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. Lex Brodies and the staff are just down right awesome and offer so many types of services. Yah, we will definitely be back again and again! Thank you Lex Brodies and all the fabulous staff!
