Went to get tires for my minivan, used coupons/online discounts for a great price. Salesperson BAS was very helpful. Time spent for the changeover was shorter than what I expected.

My boyfriend and I were able to do a walk in for an emergency tire change. The workers at the Pearlridge location took excellent care of us. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He suggested what tires to get and mentioned the warranty that came with the tires. I really like that he was straight-forward with the transaction. I don't like when people try to add on extra unnecessary services and he didn't. He told us the pricing and the time it would be completed (and it was completed on time). As we drove off the lot we noticed a difference in our drive (in a good way). We felt the drive was smoother. Thank you, Lex Brodies!!

First of all- We've been to the others, but you are the best! This most recent visit was due to a screw being found in my rear tire. I was greeted right from the beginning by several employees. I was asked if I need help and there were customers all around. I was informed throughout the process either personally, by phone or text about the process and when it might be done. My experience has been the opposite of other "Name" repair shops. I've been not acknowledged, left waiting to find out what's going on. Just poor communication in general from other places. I did leave the car and returned later and it happened to be raining. After asking about repair time, as it was on the way home, should I wait or return later? A front desk girl went out into the rain and talk directly with the repair person, which I told her no need to go into the rain. But she did! I felt really looked after, informed and was an overall good experience with LEX Brodies! This was not my first time there, and won't be my last time either. Highly recommended as a great business to give your patronage to. THANKS LEX BRODIES!

Excellent service! Matched Costco price and did a minor repair when installing new tires and balancing. I was well treated and will return. Waiting area with tv was nice.

I went there on saturday to have my car service done. They did the ignition coil system , spark plugs and water pump replacement. The service and the guy who assisted me were fantastic and great. The only thing that bothers me is the price of the whole repair. It cost me $2695. I dont think the whole repair would cost that much. I would feel ok if the cost is $1700 for the whole repair.

My wife's older car was not running well. It almost conked out at stop lights and would shake and tremble. I took it to Lex Brodie's in Aiea and they fixed in 2 hours and it cost almost nothing. They even offered to pay for a rental. I have done business with them for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Great work for a fair and honest price. Thank you very much Lex Brodie's!
