We were told our vehicle was rejected due to inner tie rods being worn. We had just replaced both inner and outer tie rods so we didnt understand how this was possible? When we called and asked what they were talking about, they brushed it off as if I didnt know what I was talking about. The Kalihi store has bad customer service skills and need to give correct information.

I had an emergency need to fix my car. Called Jack at Lex Brodies and he told me to drop my car off to their shop right away. As I got to Lex Brodies, Maile Otis greeted me with a smile and took care of all my needs from getting my car fix to getting a rent a car for me. I go to Lex Brodies for all my car needs and my experience with them has always been excellent and awesome. Thank you Maile and Jack and to all the staff of Lex Brodies. All I can say is amazing customer service. Robert Rose and Devon took excellent care of my car. I had gone to JN dodge dealership first and I had such a bad experience they wanted to charge me and do so much unnecessary work...All I can say is that Lex Brodies is the most honest car shop you will find. 5 stars! Im a customer for life!!

Service is pleasant which made my longer than expected wait seem okay. But this was the longest I've ever waited for a safety inspection (2 hours). Kinda bit much since I made an appointment.

Experienced kind and great service from Kevin! Also so happy the waiting area had plenty of room AC and free coffee, however didn't have to wait too long in there so thanks again. Mahalo Cathy

LB's customer service is great. They are honest and do not overcharge the customer, they are very good at what they do, and I will continue to use their services. However, it was disappointing that when I picked up my car from my latest service, there was mud on the seats, and the call smelled of cigarette smoke!

Very good work at a reasonable price. Courteous and efficient teamwork. I have been a return customer for years. I have scheduled appointments and have also stopped by with the unexpected auto need and not turned away. Highly recommend.
