In less than one year, my two front tires were worn down on one side, and one of them actually corded and immediately deflated the tire. Thankfully, I wasn't speeding along the freeway, and was in a safe place when I discovered it. After getting my tires changed, I was recommended to have my alignment checked at Lex Brodie's. I came on a Sunday. Yes, you read that correctly, a SUNDAY. I was thinking it'd be very crowded because it's a weekend, but when I drove down Queen Street and made the right turn to the entrance on Coral Street, there were indeed many cars. Isn't everyone watching football? After checking in with a very friendly and courteous service agent there, I was told the wait would be two to two and a half hours. That's not too bad actually. In only one hour, I notified my car was ready! That was definitely quick! So after the alignment check and realignment, the service agent noticed that my alignment wasn't very off and still in range of being acceptable, but the realignment was done anyway. The agent realized that the service technically wasn't necessary, and that I should've have been charged for a small realignment. For her to notice that and not charge me was above and beyond because anyone could've easily charged me because the service was done, but she didn't, and I am very thankful for her professionalism and honesty. These people are hard to find, especially when it involves money. With such a great overall experience, and being open Sundays, Lex Brodie's will be high on my list for any of my car's needs they provide.
