It was cheap compare to the other places I went. They did an amazing job with changing my tires and aligning them. They do lifted trucks so it was a plus for me.

Lex Brodie staff was professional and fast. I have an old truck and the staff person was very honest about the condition of my hubcaps. She made no excuses; told me upfront about what could happen. I thought that was great. No B.S. My stay probably lasted no more than 15 to 20 minutes. I was very satisfied.

On 8/1/18 I left a 2 star (anonymous) review of a return service appt. I had at LEX BRODIES. When told it was a tire separation problem which was checked on by another tire dealer and not found, I was asked to return to LEX BRODIES for another look. Well, it turns that checking on line about the problem I am having with my vehicle vibration could be related to a problem common to my type of vehicle and probably is best handled by the HONDA dealer. So I am appreciative of the effort LEX BRODIES has made to try to make me happy with the work done by them, and their willingness to make it right! I will definitely go back to them again and am appreciative of all their outreach and effort! Thank You!

Wonderful experience, quick and not too expensive, great people. A little confusing trying to know where to pull in or park.

The the service was done. The low stars is for customer service afterward. I found multiple greasy hand prints around the hood, fender & door. I reached out twice to the location to express my concern and wanted them to be aware of what happened. Wanted to be contact when my concern was acknowledged & staff was relayed message so this could be avoided by other customers. That’s it. So far crickets. Kind of disappointing when they ask for you to solve things before posting.
