It was late Saturday afternoon when it started to rain. I pulled for new tires and couldn't find the wheel nut lock. The salesman who signed my order form as Cop searched the entire car with me. No joy. I drove to Pacific Honda in my wife's car and they couldn't identify the lock just from my photo. Back to Lex Brodie's. Then I drove back to Pacific Honda with the Odyssey to buy the right item. Then back to Lex Brodie's a half hour before closing. Cop wheeled it right in to get it going right away. Nice guy. Great service.

Integrity (keeps promise): Excellent! I was told it would take about 2 hours for the change of tires and alignment. Completed in just under 2 hours. Helpful: Excellent! Zac helped me decide which tires to choose without being pushy. He got me tire and service that were in my budget and fit my driving needs. Checkout: Excellent! I wish I got her name, but she explained to me the rewards program and went over my charges efficiently and easy for me to understand. Customer Service: Excellent! Everyone was smiling and greeted me, even the ones not working on my car. My only complaint - I couldn't change the channel on the TV haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
