Not satisfied with the service. Not going back.

Had a flat tire and took it in to have it repaired. Fast friendly service. Said I had a bolt in the tire. They said they put a plug & a patch in the tire. Double safe! I bought the set of Michelins from them with the two year alignment option. Got all the perks too. Will do business with them when I need another set of tires again. Be sure to get the tires rotated every six months & check the alignment at the same time for the warranty.

The staff at the Queens Street location are very helpful and pleasant. The experience starts with the personable girls at the check-in area. They answered all of my questions and when I was going to wait in the heat by the soda machine, they made it a point to come over and tell me that there is an air conditioned waiting room. I was soooooo appreciative of that! The waiting room is comfortable and clean with a television that was tuned to the Cooking Network. Hurray! I had an appointment at 10am and even though there were 5 people ahead of me, the service on my car was completed in an hour. I will definitely recommend Lex Brodies to my friends and relatives and I will be returning for more service on my car soon. And their prices are very reasonable.

Thank you guys for taking me in! Other places I called couldn't take me. You had no problem telling me to come now! My brakes was really bad! They checked it out and showed me how bad and dangerous it was within 1/2 an hour. They rented a car for me so that I could take care of my business!!! Eddie and Marcelo you guys are Awesome!!! Very professional and caring! Thank you for such Awesome Service! New tires (needed badly) oil change, brake job and safety check!!!! Thank you So much!!! I'll definitely be back!!! I have unfortunately had to go to Lex Brodie's multiple times since I've moved to Oahu. But at least the customer service there has always been positive. Today might have been the best time yet. So my tire basically popped while I was on Beretania, about 5 mins away from Lex Brodies. Drove slowly straight over there and was asked at least 3x by 3 different employees if I needed help. The first person to approach me was Cooper and he gave me an estimate of about 2 hours of wait (which I was cool with). We also offered me 2 different brands of tires, being at least a $50 price difference. I asked him what the difference was and he said there really wasn't much. I really appreciated the honesty and avoiding an unnecessary up-sale. It made me feel like I wasn't getting cheated. They finished the car in about an hour and when I came back I was asked about 4x by different people if I needed help. They were on it! Cooper even came up to me and remembered my name. I don't love having to take my car in, but if I need to I would definitely return to Lex Brodies.

Most honest place I've ever been to!!! Went there yesterday with a same day appointment to get a new tire, because I hit a curve and the metal frame bent and started losing air. I was helped right away by Cooper. He looked at my tire and instead of telling me I needed to buy a new one, he told me he could probably hammer it down again. Then I showed him my spare tire which the stem had broken off and was flat. I asked him to fix both and he said no problem. I waited in their waiting room for 15 minutes and Jessica came to get me and close me out. To my surprise, the charge was $0!!!!!!!!!!!! Jessica was awesome at calming my shock and explaining why it was free. We had a good laugh and then went to thank Cooper. I always had a bad image of auto shops but this place has great honest people working hard for their customers. Definitely became a lifetime customer! Thank you Cooper and Jessica for your amazing help!!!
