Honolulu, HI
While traveling westbound on the H1 freeway past Sear Disribution Center, I noticed my TPMS indicator lit. I took the Waipahu cutoff and investigated and discovered a bolt with a diameter thicker than a pencil Next day, I headed to Lex Brodies in Honolulu and met with Maile who was very professional, courteous and very detailed in addressing my flat tire. She patiently explained the several options I had in response to my flat tire. Because I had had to drive perhaps about a mile on the freeway to get to the off ramp, the sidewall of the tire was also damaged. So it was diagnosed that I would need to purchase a new tire. Maile measured the useful life of the remaining tires and explained I have at the most about 12-18 mos left. She also noticed uneven wear of all tires, likely due to an alignment issue. I was given several options for tires with the most economical up to the most expensive. What I really liked was how Maile patiently answered all of my questions and addressed some of the issues that I was not aware of such as the possibility of a failed safety check with the current condition of my original tires. She gathered more information such as how far my commute to work is, how long I plan to keep my vehicle and the current sales they were offering. With information in hand, she offered her recommendations without "breaking the bank". In the end, I opted for the mid level tire along with front end alignment. Several hours later, I received a call notifying me of completion. Arrived onsite, met with Maile and she went over all the details including how much the alignment was corrected. She brought me to my truck, removed all the necessary reference notes and mats. And most of all, she "thanked me....very much for doing business with Lex Brodie! Maile, good job, great customer service, keep up the good work!
