The staff at the Pearl Ridge Lex Brodie's was helpful and efficient. They took my car when I needed to get the tires checked (low pressure warning) and ended up I needed a new tire (sidewall puncture). The service was excellent, the waiting area clean and with desks which I could work from as I waited. I've also used the Waipahu location, again great service! I like that their computer systems are all connected, with the history of my vehicle... Nice continuity of care for my car.

First time going to Lex Brodies, it was a little confusing on where to go upon first arrival; however, I just asked around and Bob was there to help me. I made a web appointment for a wheel alignment at 11 a.m (includes a $10 off coupon) and was a little late but bob didn't mind. He got my information and told me all I needed. Called me up an hour and a half later saying my car was all good and ready to go. Went into the office and the beautiful lady behind the desk took my money with a smile. I forgot her name; however, the both of them deserve a huge lunch! Please find out and ascertain those two workers cause they doing a good job! They were working 08/04/18 at 1:30 pm

I called in to ask if I could purchase Tires and have a wheel alignment and Vachelle told me to come on down. I came on down and she explained the different Tire Packages available and let me select the package that met my driving needs. I called in the morning to find out if I could purchase Tires and have a wheel alignment and Vashelle told me to come on down. I came on down and she explained all the Tire Packages - Warranties and allowed me to select the package that I wanted for my driving needs. Vashelle was friendly and kept in touch with me as I waited in the waiting room. Car is rolling smooth....Aloha, Clint

There name says it all...long story short I came here because my car had brake issues...There team of experts explained what the problem was and they took care of it in ways no other shop would have...Just want to say much mahalos to all of the staff, service reps, and technicians for such an awesome experience...All I know is that this is the only shop ill come to for all my car service needs.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I had a chunk of metal in my tire and it was so low on pressure I couldn’t keep driving on it. I called at least 10 other shops and nobody could make me an appointment for over a week. I called Lex on the recommendation of my neighbor and told them what was going on. They squeezed me in for an appointment that afternoon and I was in and out within 30 minutes. You now have our tire business forever. Thanks!
