I’ve been to other Lex Brodie locations to service my car before and have never experienced such poor customer service. I scheduled an online appointment to drop my car off at 8am for a simple oil change, I arrived on time and it didn’t seem too busy. I told the worker that I can pick up the car up anywhere between 1-4pm, she acknowledged and I went on my way. Fortunately, I work close by and was able to drop the car off and walk to work. Around 3:50pm, I was about to leave work before I realized that I was never informed about my car being ready. So I gave them a call and the lady tells me that they’re currently working on my car and if I was willing to wait ANOTHER hour! I had to be somewhere by 4:30pm and had communicated that to her...I’m no mechanic but I’m pretty sure an oil change doesn’t take any longer than a half hour at the most so I really don’t understand what was taking so long regardless if they were busy or not, my car was there since 8AM?! She finally called me back around 4:30pm, told me my car was ready and immediately hung up, without even allowing me to respond at all. When I walked over to pick up my car, she did give a half-ass apology and gave me $10 off my bill (whoopee)...I will definitely not be returning to this location, ever. I’ll also be sharing on Yelp.
