Cleaning your car won't only make it look better but also bring a couple of other benefits. Firstly it will clean the brakes, making them work better and preventing them from getting stuck. Another advantage of regular car washes is getting rid of all the debris in the suspension system, which also improves its performance. If you want to learn how to clean your car like a pro at home, make sure to continue reading because we will find exactly that.

1. Start With The Wheels

Start by giving your tires and rims a good clean. You can use a hard bristle brush because there is no paint that you can damage. Make sure you get into the rims, brakes, and suspension so all the debris will be washed off.

2. Spray The Car With Water

Sprain your car before you start scrubbing it with a cleaning agent, ensuring that all the bigger particles will be washed away and won't damage your paint.

3. Apply The Cleaning Product

Use a cleaning product that isn't harmful to the paint and, at the same time, will be effective at cleaning it. Also considers investing in an iron removal spray that will remove all the iron particles stuck in your paint.

4. Scrub The Car With A Microfiber Towel

After you apply the cleaning product, make sure to scrub the whole car from top to bottom with a microfiber towel. This will ensure that the paint doesn't get scratched but will still be cleaned.

5. Rinse The Door Frames

Before you rinse the whole car with clean water, open each door and carefully clean the door frame. This will make the car look much cleaner when the doors are opened.

6. Clean The Car With Water

After everything is scrubbed, clean the car with clean water and make sure to get into all the crevasses.

7. Wax Or Ceramic Cat The Exterior

The final step is optional but recommended. Consider investing in some kind of ceramic coating or at least an easy-to-apply wax. This will make sure the car's paint is shiny and protected.
