AC got low over the last couple of weeks. Made an appointment for 9am on Monday. Didn't know it would take all day. Shortly before closing they called and said the car was ready. They "couldn't find anything wrong with it, so they just charged the system." Great. It was like new, until six days later, when it was worse than ever. I think they just charged it up and rolled it out the door. Good thing I still have my appointment wth the dealership. Oh well . . . !

Charlemaine (Charley) Blue was the Customer Service Representative that serviced me. She was very tolerant, sincere, professional and went out of her way to show me the tire best suited for my car. I felt comfortable working with her, not pushy.

Made an appointment here for 8AM to get my wheels aligned. Just traded in my car and now I have a Jeep, but the steering was off. So I came here and explained what was wrong with the steering. The wait time online for alignment stated it was a 1.5 hour wait. I came in a little earlier than my scheduled time at around 7:30. I got checked in, and the guy listened and asked questions to what was wrong with the Jeep. He went to take a look at the car and got me settled. I got the 6 month warranty for the alignment which cost $115. They have restrooms and a waiting area, so I stayed here and waited. They were quick and was done in about 45mins. The guy was able to check me out and already applied the $10 off coupon for the service. Really wish the guy explained what was fixed. I saw the alignment paper that was in the car and it only seemed there was the Toe that was adjusted and everything else was okay. When I drove off the steering was still not good, so i'm thinking its a steering component to my car that needs fixing. Overall place got busy quick, and the front desk is only being managed by one person answering calls and checking in people. But the staff were friendly and quick. Just wished I got an explanation, but good to know my wheel alignments are now adjusted.

Went to Lex Brodie's to get my safety done. My appointment was at 8:30AM and my car was done at 8:44AM. Not only was the service excellence, Jack and Momi made sure I was taken care of. Excellent front desk service and support given to me when I took my van in for a flat tire. Repair was done in less than an hour.

Front desk was polite and courteous, while the service was quick and painless.

Best customer service. Friendly and helpful recommendations to get the best tires for my car. I keep coming back (4 cars) because they are so helpful. Shout out to #1 Brooke who really helped me with my selection during a busy time. She made me feel really cared for. Richard S., Momi and the manager were also so helpful. Richard was so pleasant when I called with questions. Lots of perks including website discounts and earning Hawaiian Miles. Driving home with my new tires and alignment was the best ride on my old car.
