First of all, my phone conversation to make my appointment already deserves 6 Stars. Customer service is so hard to come by nowadays that you have to praise those that do it so well. Got to my appointment and Cooper took great care of me. It's so convenient when they have your records available and can tell you about your warranties and benefits. He was very friendly. It was quick and seemless to drop off my vehicle. He told me it'd take about an hour. Half hour later, I receive a text followed by a nice phone call from the same "customer service" voice I spoke to earlier, saying my vehicle was ready. When I arrived, 2 women approached me. Darschelle took care of my paperwork. She was very smiley and pleasant. Maile went to pick up my car. When Maile finally spoke, I recognized the voice from earlier!! I found you and I hope Lex gets you, Darschelle, and Cooper Lunch! Superb service!
