had some difficulty establishing an appointment (conflicting messages). once there, the employees were timely and responsive. the work was completed within the time estimated, and they called to inform me. is my understanding correct? over the next two years, my voluntary realignments (probably two) will be at no cost to me?

I came to Lex Brides Kaneohe due to good reviews;however, my experience was less than satisfactory. It took several minutes for anyone to greet me, while 2 employees sat in the air conditioned office. When I finally was helped the man was quiet and did not display the Aloha I have received at other locations. Although they did not appear busy I was quoted a 45 minute wait and never received the requested call that my car was finished. I showed up at the quoted time to see my car finished and 2 employees just standing at the desk looking at their phones. My car was left in the sun with the window open, my papers tossed onto the passenger seat, and the paper foot mat still in place. Sorry to say, but the only good thing about the experience is that they finished in time. Very disappointing experience when trying to support a local company.

You know what I hate? Going to an auto shop and leaving feeing like a doofus. You wonder if you got screwed, and you wanna call your friend's husband's cousin's next door neighbor who knows about cars to ask about your charges and make sure you didn't pay for something you didn't really need. Good news is, that won't happen to you at Lex Brodie's! They're no BS. The prices for tires are even online and when you go, they actually charge you the same price, with no hidden charges. Even better, the people that work there don't talk to you like you're a moron (I'm looking at you, Honda Windward Service Department). Ben in particular was quick and efficient and friendly. EVEN BETTER, when I called to make an appt, they got me in the very next day. I love this place, the prices are totally reasonable, and I'll be back!

I'm grateful that we have Lex Bordies tire, brake & service in the island. I have been taking my vehicle there for several years and have always been satisfied with the customer service and the efficiency of getting my car repaired in a timely manner. I gave 4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement.

I am close to ecstasy! Got a nail in one of my tires. I was expecting awful costs and a long waiting time. Called in the morning; got in at 2 and was back to work by 2:45. Costs were under 25.00 Am I a happy camper?? YOU BET! The only thing I can't figure out is why I have watched Lex Brodie commercials for 50 years and it took me this long to get in there.... LESSON LEARNED: Lex Brodie's is the Promised Land.

Went to Lex Brodie in Aiea on a Saturday, one hour before closing and the took me in and got me out after they were officially closed. Gracious and apologetic that it took a while to change my tire. The staff was great and hospitable. I bought a few of them drinks while I waited because they were so friendly. Relax, soda drinks..... This is my GO TO PLACE!!!!

Always friendly and fast. Always get great service here. You can tell they are good because they are busy. Best to make an appt.
