Excellent service as usual and it was completed in less time than anticipated. I went in this morning thinking I'd have to purchase a new tire as I just had a flat, but they were able to repair my tire! The fact that they didn't try to sell me a new tire that I didn't need was much appreciated.

Great service I been going there to get my car fix and it's been a great experience, the workers there are friendly they know what there talking about and they provide rental car which is very convenient for myself and my family because we only have one car.. I love Lex Brodies. The employees are always friendly. I refuse to take my car to any other place on island. Recently came in today to get two new tires and an alignment. They always do an awesome job. The mall is a short walk away while your car is being serviced, I typically just sit in the little waiting lounge they have which also has wifi. I would definitely recommend these guys and gals. A++++

I always have a good experience at Lex Brodie's on Queen. The drop-off and pick up later works very well for us working stiffs. And now they have added online reservations. What could be easier? Customer service is always top notch. I have not had major work done yet (e.g., new set of tires) but you can be sure that I will go to Lex's when that time comes.

Great service from Jim Baldauf. Went in for a fix on my Lexus power window expecting to pay hundreds for a motor or relay. Found a loose switch and fixed it at no charge!

What a bad experience. Made my appointment online. Received an email confirmation and text messages reminding me of my appointment. Show up 10m before my morning appointment to drop my car for a simple oil change. They confirm my appointment. Give them the keys and then don't hear back all day. Finally call at the end of my work day to see what's going on... they never worked on it. The guy "working" with me said I was a walk in and so my car gets serviced last. I explained that I was not a walk in and explained further about making my appointment etc. he continues to argue with me that I was a walk in. I had to reply back to the confirmation email from their company to complain. I got a phone call from a manager apologizing that it was their system that messed up. But that wasn't the problem. It was the guy who just kept arguing with me that I was lying that I had an appointment. I picked up my car unserviced and will never go back there again.
